HCD is a marketing
research and medical information company. Founded in 1991, HCD
expanded its services in 1996 to obtain information over the
Internet. In addition to our traditional marketing research
services, we have conducted hundreds of on-line surveys, eliciting
responses from thousands of physicians, allied health care
professionals and patients.
Register with HCD Surveys for free. When a survey is available, we
will notify you by email. The email will indicate the reward you
will receive for participating and you can determine if you’d like
to participate in that particular survey. Follow the instructions
that are sent in the email indicating how to login to a secure
website containing the survey.
Some surveys may have screening questions which determine if you
qualify to participate in the survey. If you do not qualify for the
survey, you will not be eligible for the reward. Also, some studies
close in less than 24 hours. If you log into a survey that has
already closed, you will not be eligible for the reward.
After the survey is complete, you may be asked to provide us with
your mailing address. We will use your mailing address to send you
the reward for that study. If the study is offering a reward of an
Amazon.com gift certificate it will be sent to you by email. Rewards
may take 2 to 8 weeks to process. |
